2 pieces of barbeque steak( not tenderised) 2 cloves garlic 2 good handfuls of diced bacon 1 onion 2 cups of chicken stock 2-3 tins of diced tomatos 1 tablespoon of flour cook onion garlic and bacon in fry pan until golden brown add the rest of the ingredients except flour into pan and add steak and simmer for about 10 mins take the flour and add water to it to make a paste this will help thicken the mix in the pan place all ingredients into a cassorle dish and place in oven for 2-3 hours this may seem a long time but believe me it is well worth it. |
